Ability to select existing ( TCA) Contact in AR Customer creation screen

Hi

In release 11 .5.10.2 we were able to select existing TCA contact while creating an AR account Contact

With R12 , even if we search for existing contact it does not return anything and forces to create a new contact

Any ideas?
