hz_cust_acct_sites_all in R12

All,

When a Create a Customer Site in R12, which is Both Bill to and Primary , Then it creates two records in hz_cust_acct_sites_all, with value for BILL_TO flag as "Y" and "P". How can be indentify which two records in hz_cust_acct_sites_all corresponds to the same site.

Hope I am able to put up my question properly. Please advise.
