Entering Time Reporting in MFS -- Error Invalid Group Separated Positive Decimal Number

Hi All,

When i am entering Hours in  the Time Reporting/Expenses Reporting, i am unable to enter 1.30 Hours, it is not allowing me to input decimal number after the hours.

It gives me an error Invalid Group Separated Positive Decimal Number

Has anyone had this issue.
