reverse/ back out a completion transaction

Hi, we realized after performing a WIP completion that the job was set up as the wrong class (discrete, but should have been non-standard). Is it possible to reverse or "back out" a completion transaction. I tried to enter a negative quantity in the WIP completion form but it requires a positive number.
