Error when importing SSL User certificate using Oracle Wallet Manager

I am trying to import SSL  VeriSign Secure Site Certificate using OWM the following erorr was raise:
User certificate installation failed. Possible errors:
 -Input was not a valid certificate.
 -No Matching certificate was found
-CA certificate needed for certificate chain not found.
please install it first. "

The certificate PKCS 7 Format
