M4000 xscf fmdump & service mode

  i'm used M4000 Server. when i find fmdump from xscf mode.

i
i want to delete fmdump. could you tell me about this? And i want to enter XSCF sevice mode. I used enableservice commend but i couldn't.
 
XSCF> enableservice
Service Password:

Invalid password.

i think, i need Service password. but i couldn't find Service password.
is it get from oracle support?
