Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. 11i to R12.Templates not visible in R12

Hi

We have created lot of service contract templates in 11i and have been using for many yrs.

In our 12.1.3 Upgraded instance ,these templates are not available for selection whereas these templates where avaibale in the back end.

select * from OKS_AUTH_HEADERS_V where template_YN = 'Y' and STS_CODE='ENTERED'

Can you please advise what could be the reason for these templates not visible in R12?Is there any steps missed during upgrade?
