Inventory aging and order managemnt

 Hello All,
I wonder if I can get the received date of the item that shipped for calculating inventory aging , I want to get the item 's received date for that particular  delivery, is it possible to get it? I don't have a lot control, all received item are put into the same lot number. 
could anyone give some advice  thanks!
