MVG / Popup window does not close in windows 7 - IE8

Hi,

We are using siebel 7.8.2.14. we noticed that when users accessing from windows 7 / IE8 are not able to close the MVG or Popup using close 'X' or OK or Cancel button.

Is there any patch available for this issue for siebel 7.8.2.14?

We also noticed a patch 11889171, but not sure if it fixes the above issue.
