Release Content Doc for 12.1.3

Hi,

A few months ago we located a Release Content Document (RCD) for Financials the document was named: 'EBS_121_Cum_RCD_FIN.pdf' this doc contains information up to & inculding Release 12.1 (Including 12.1.1, 12.1.1+ & 12.1.2)

Does anyone know if Oracle have produced a further update to this RCD - perhaps someone has located the 12.1.3 RCD or even the 12.1.3 Release Proposal Document - it would be really helpful to some of our other clients. Please help!!
