Fixed Assets - Transfer

Dear,

When doing Asset Transfer by either using

Transfer Single Asset (Asset > Asset Workbench) or Multiple assets Mass Transactions (Mass Transactions > Transfer From) forms

when the user is changing the location the expense account is not being changed automatically according to the location. We want to

restrict the users or find a way where the user only changes the location and the expense account related to a certain cost center is amended automatically!
