Some things about tools to monitor db !

 Hi all,
   I have been used Oracle 9.2.0.4 64 bit.

   I were read about the using some tools to monitor Oracle. And they were say that: "If using these tools day by day can effect to perfomance of database server such as made db slowly,...". So, if it's right so using TOAD or SQL Navigator,.. to monitor db also affect to db perfomance ?

   Another tools such as: Quest Spotlight on Oracle include: Spotlight on Oracle; Spotlight on RAC and Spotlight on Unix/linux
