Send Separate Remiitance Advice program runs slowly

Hello, we are on 12.1.3 and the Send Separate Remiitance Advice program usually now takes up to 40 minutes to run. The prpgram completes succesfully but it is inconvenient to have it take so long to run. Anybody else having this problem?
