Project Roles and Control Options

 Hi,
Regarding the Project Security in Oracle Projects besides the Profile Options PA: Cross View and PA: Cross Update and the security by responsibilities menues assignment I would like some explanation of the controls available setting up project roles and assigning them in the Key Member window of the project setup.

Which are the different options that exist to control de access to view the projects and projects transactions and update them?

Is it possible to restrict an specific data to be updated but give access to all the other data?
