US PAY: 403b Prior Year Deferrals?

Hello,

We have an employee who was on military leave for 2 years (2010 through 2011). He would like to catch up on his retirment deduction.

 I came across ID 257933.1 - How 403b catch-up Works

What is the best way to handle this scenario?
