Third party requsition upload tool

Do you have experience working with tools that provide an easy interface for entering requisitions and then uploading requisitions into Oracle iProcurement? I am considering using More4Apps Requisition Wizard that provides an ADI-like interface. I'd like to check if there are other similar tools out there so that I can compare them.
