How to Create Contract Agreement

Hi,

I would like to know how to create a Contract Agreement in R12. In 11i, the Contract Agreement is created in the PO Form and only the Header is created and no lines. In R12, is it possible to create a Contract Agreement starting from iProcurement? Once approved, the PO Buyer will either Auto-Create, and once approved, the users can submit requisitions against the Contract Agreement.
