JDE Xe - Portugal New Law for invoice certification

Hello,

we receive a request from our company in Portugal, saying that since next 1st of April, customer invoices should be certified according to the new law Portaria n.22-A/2012.

We are running JDE Xe, and it seems that this version is not granting this invoice certification, while it would be version 9.

Do you know in what this certification consist of?

And which is the feature implemented in version 9 and missing in Xe, for which version 9 should be compliant?
