How can I change default value of Actions list from 'Place Order' to 'Print Quote' in HTML Quoting p

We currenlty use eBusiness 11.5.10.2, HTML Quoting page. The defualt value for the Action LOV is 'Place Order' anmd we would like to change this to another exisitng option - 'Print Quote'. does anyone know how this task can be accomplished?
