CIP Assets are depreciating

Hi,

I´m in a new Fixed Assets  project and i found that the user says that they used assets mass addition to load assets and they say they had assets with CIP type, and the flag Depreciate set to yes, and the next month this assets depreciate.

I told them that it can´t be, because even this flag is activated, CIP Assets do not depreciate. They insists, and i do not have the opportunity to make tests to see if it is true.

So my question is, do somebody found a bug that was doing that CIP assets depreciate?
