Can Some one Throw Light on How to refresh the current page through PX

Hi ,

I am facing a typical issue in the affected items table. The issue is as follows when I update life cycle phase in the Affected Items tab through a post trigger. The reflection I am able to see only if I go out of that tab and comes in. So I need to know on How to refresh the current page in Px.
