Journal Line Description shows 'Journal Import Created' instead of Detailed SLA Information

Hi,In R12, Journal Line Description shows 'Journal Import Created' instead of Detailed SLA Information. The Description in Journal Entries Lines is not equal to Journal Description in the Header.
The Accounting Setups appear to be correct, there is no summarization. This issue is happening olny for PO records.

Anyone experienced this before?
