Adjustments

Every Month we create Manual Adjustments an average 200, It is very tedious process, Is there any easy way to do ?

We are on 11.5.10.2

I Open OAF Home Page --> Click Adjust --> Then Enter all required information on HTML Page, I have repeat this process at least 200 Times, Then I will run Load.

Any help will be really appreciated.
