Compensation Work Bench - Has anyone extended this to be able to use for Contingent Workers

We are looking to deploy CWB module for our workforce. We have a significant population of contingent workers we would like managers to be able to include in the annual review. Has anybody extended the CWB module to cater for contingent workers or would this have to be done outside of CWB?
