Attachment & download issue in OAF webpage modules (11i)

Hello experts,

We are facing this strange issue that when we download any attachment or Export any data from any web-based modules of our EBS 11.5.10.2 (like EAM-Maint. Super User or Internet Expense Auditor), it gets downloaded and exported correctly the first time. However, in the same session, if we try downloading any other attachment or exporting any other data, it shows correctly on the web page, but the actual download or the export is of the first attachment or the first set of data that was already downloaded. It remains like this for all subsquent attempts of download or export until
