Cost Plus Revnue Recognition

Hi,

I have couple of questions :

1) If I have a monthly cost budget , will the Cost plus revenue recognition require a monthly revenue budget ?If not, how will the system behave?

2)What all things I have to keep in mind for migration where distribution rule in Cost\Event .

3) Is there a whitepaper for Cost plus revenue recogntion ?
