Tax Distribution Window Fields are disabled:-

 Hello,


  I want to change the Recover rate on the tax Distribution Window for Ad hoc rate  for the Recoverable tax on the Invoice Workbench. Currently System is calculating 0% . I want to change this Rate with some other rates of the Recoverable Tax.  I have set the Profile option "eBTax: Allow Override of Tax Recovery Rate" at the site level and enabled the check box "Ad hoc rate" so that we can enter any rate for the Recovery on the Invoice Workbench.

But all fields are disabled in  the Tax Distribution Window. Kindly help me.
