Database link between Oracle and Netezza

Dear Oracle Community,

We have a requirement to create a database link between Oracle and Netezza.

We want to pull the data from Netezza and load the same into the Oracle Database.

The clarification needed is with regards to the ODBC driver. Our Oracle Database is on RHEL 5.2 X86 64bit.

1.What ODBC driver should we use for our operating system?

2.Is there any license that has to be procured for the ODBC driver?
