Regarding HTTP 500 in /servlet/admin

Hi all,Greetings,

Does any one give bit of information why xmlpserver is throwing HTTP 500 while accessing /servlet/admin role and permission page.  BIP 10.1.3.4.0.1 with siebel security on. Any generic cause of this unexpected behaviour. All reporting section is doing fine. Configuration file is seems ok to me. Any knowledgebase on the same.
