Is it possible to hide the Operating unit field in PO Summary form - Relase 12

we're on R12.1.3

In R12 PO Summary form is MOAC enabled and Operating unit field is displayed at the top of the form. As we have user responsibilities with single OU access, we would like to hide this field. I don't see the folder options enabled on this form. Just wondering if there is any standard way to hide this field.

Please advice.
