Benefits of Vertex or SABRIX over R12 EBTax

Hi,

I have worked on EBTax module and when compared to 11i I can say its a far better tax solution with a common tax platform for e-business suite and rule engine for tax determination etc, there are some limitations and we are evaluating the additional benefits in vertex or SABRIX compared to EBTax. Any document of comparision of features would really help me
