Combined Analysis - Combine Columns and Records Questions

In reporting, I’m trying to do a combined analysis where I want records to combine related columns, containing STRINGS, on a single record/record. This is because my information is stored in different objects for example.

 

Sales Rep     Region     Reporting Sample

Tim              East                                               (The following data was dervied from the User Object)

Tim                               Black Tape                   (The following data was derived from a Custom Object)

 

How can I get the report to give me the following result set so I can aggregate the numbers.

 

Sales Rep     Region     Reporting Sample

Tim              East          Black Tape
