Where can i obtain the Oracle financial 12i(12.1.3) Pre upgrade and Post upgrade tasks

Oracle 12i Upgrade team,

Where can i obtain a copy of Oracle 12i(12.1.3) Pre-upgrade and Post-upgrade tasks. I want to ensure from the Oracle Financial application side

we know as what we need to prepare to do on both the Pre upgrade and the Post Upgrade. We are in a process of upgrading to

release 12.1.3.  I am aware of Oracle Upgrade Guide Part# E16342-04. This document is dated August 2010 and I'm not sure

If this is the document we should follow for Pre upgrade and Post Upgrade step or there other Oracle Notes and manual that we need to obatin and follow.
