Service Contracts and automatically Retry the WF.
Scenario: Contract Renewed Negotiation Status Internal Approval QA Failed. We manually update the sales rep, who currently works with our company or our house account, cascade the credit but the WF is still erred as the FYI notification didn't recognize the user as they are termed.
Q: Is there a way to do a RETRY on the WF automotically rather than having to manually retry? The Error clears once we retry the WF.
Q: Is there a setting so the FYI Notification is not sent, therefore not erring out, or do we need to update the WF over all?
