Unable to generate data driven charts using RTF Template of BI Publisher on EBS Version 12.1.3

We tried to generate Charts in Oracle EBS Concurrent Program's output using RTF Template of BI Publisher.The XML output generated is correct, where as, the chart display is not changing(It is same as the image that was inserted in the RTF).
EBS Version- 12.1.3
BI Publisher Desktop Version - 10.1.3.2.0

Could some one help me resolve this issue?
