EBS & AIX7.1: REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit in Concurrent Requests

Hi,

I'm finishing my EBS12.1.3 installation in AIX7.1 (on Power Systems (64-bit)). I have managed to install all the required patches. Now I'm testing the system before releasing it to users.

When running concurrent requests, I get the following error:

APPLLCSP Environment Variable set to :

Is this problem related to X11 Server and DISPLAY variables?
