Database Upgrade from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5

Due to following Internal Error, we have decided to upgrade our Oracle 2node RAC database from 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5 and later to Patch 14 if required.

OS = Windows 2008 R2 (x64).


Please share your experience about best way to complete this job and also any known issues?
