Creating a new OPM organization

Hi all,

We are in Production since last 3 yrs with some OPM enabled organization (R12). Now our last Inventory & cost period (till FEB-2012) is closed. We want to create a new OPM organization in March-2012. As we are using PMAC, then what would be the best process to load cost and balance in March-12 ? Is it possible  ?(as FEB-12 is already closed, so prior period balance can not be loaded).

Or we should not make any inventory item transaction for the month of March-2012 and we should load prior period (March-12, in open status) balance in April-2012?

Or we should create the new organization in April-2012 and load prior period balance in March-2012 (as it is open)?
