amber led alway li after contrller replacement

I all,I replaced a failed controllerA (2540 array) but the amber led an the ok to remove blue led are still lit
Note: I was unable to see the status with CAM  before the replacement because i got registration problems with my CAM (processus of registration OK but no array  appear on the  system storage field).
