Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Process Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC)

Not able to use the onhand quantity for transcation.

Model and serial number shows in onhand quanity, but shows transcatable qty as 0, reservable qty as 0.

Hence not able to use this serial number for any transcation, In Transcat mover order no allocation for this item.

How to resolve this problem..
