Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can i compare 2 xml files in pl/sql ? I know that at 11g there is xmldiff command.
What is the way to do it at 10.2 ?
