FA to INV

Hi All,
       I have a small query.
 
       I have assets created in FA, we have EAM where we manually create the assets and provide the link. And the assets created in EAM are used in INV (material issues against asset).

       Now my query is : I dont want to use EAM (cancel the license). But I want to issue the material against each asset. Is that possible through FA ( integration between FA & INV). Can I access the already created assets (created in FA)  in INV.
