Can't apply DST patch on Database 10.2.0.5

 Hi there

I was starting to upgrade our production database from 10.2.0.5 to 11gR2...one of tha tasks is to upgrade the DST of the original database before starting the upgrade. However, I can't  install the patch 12949905 which apply the DST 17 on the database. The command opatch apply give the error :Patch 12949905: Optional component(s) missing : [ oracle.oracore.rsf, 10.2.0.5.0 ]

Now this is the strange thing. I didn't migrate the database to 10.2.0.5, but who has done it says that it was a clean upgrade with no issues. The database is a production database and it is being working whitout any issues ever since the upgrade which occured last year on June 2011. Although everything seams to be working in 10.2.0.5:
