OTL: Payroll Timecard layout exception with regular wages

Hi

We are using the exception payroll layout timecard to identify only sick and vacation hours....we are using the regular wages element in  HR...is there a way to see the regular hours from the standard condition  without having a data entry on timecard?? The sick and vacation element reduce the regular earning...
