Multi-Lingual Job Codes within Job Master File (P08001) JD Edwards 9.0

We have a need to display job codes descriptions appearing in the Job Master File (P08001) in different languages. 

We add jobs to the Job Master File (P08001) with English definitions and then update/set-up the translated description for the additional languages in the job code UDC table (06/G) as you normally would for any UDC table.  Problem: The system is only showing the English descriptions even though the User profile language preference is set to another language and it has a matching translated description in the Job Code UDC table.

Does anyone know if I am missing something?  Is there a language table file build process that needs to be run or a cache that needs to be cleared? Could be a bug.
