Timestamp changes after enteriing or leaving DST

edited Mar 26, 2012 5:27AM in Database Administration (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
I have a strange problem. In a few schema's the timestamp changes one hour after entering (or leaving) DST. Not schema''s are affected, but also not all timestamps in the affected schema's.
The timestamps ususally have a time of '00:00', but they change to one hour earlier: '23:00' after going to DST. But not all times. There seems to be a few time periodes for which this occurs: dates between 1940 and 1945 and dates between 1976 and 1979.

The current NSL settings have been attached.

Other information: Oracle server: v10.2.0.4.0.

Does someone have any idea what's the cause of this issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
