how to compensate for prepaid activations using incentive compensation for the number of activations

 How can we create a compensation plan for the number of prepaid activations in a period which has to be mapped to a custom table and claw back after 120 days if the usage on activated sum is less than a pre defined amount say ex. 4$. Can we achieve this using oracle incentive compensation.
