Sourcing : need to enter 2 Collaboration teams

Hi,
In Sourcing, i want to create two collaboration teams.
The first team validates the administrative aspect of the negociation (references of the supplier, administratives requirements, etc ...).
The second team validates the technical aspect of the negociation (technical scoring, etc...) ?

Is it possible to create 2 collaboration teams in sourcing for an negociation ?
