Bulk Import

Hi ,

Specific to the Bulk Import for the Parties with respect to R12.1.3  what are the best guidelines to use APIs or use Bulk Import and leverage the solution to  import the parties and there are no additional accounts ( buy / sell relationship associated ) but few additional descriptive flexfields that shall be viable from the 3rd party source to be imported .
