Setting Up EFT Child Support, FIPS Codes and Medical Insurance Coverage Available on Wage Attachment

Is anyone using the FIPS code field on the Wage Attachment Workbench.  I have seen documentation that says most states do not use them anymore.  When I create the ACH with the FIPS code it definitely writes to the ACH file.  When I don't use the FIPS code the ACH file still creates fine.  I have not yet sent a test file to the bank.

Also, I am populating Medical Insurance Coverage in the Company Options because that is what my documentation says to do.  Does it actually do anything.  I asked a developer to take a look at the Data Dictionary Item.  He doesn't think it does anything.  I have to demo this process to users.  You know one of the users will ask me about it.
